Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your sunglasses.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, contact our customer service at sales@fadltrading.com.
• Once approved, a return shipping fee of 34 AED will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Wear item can’t be return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

6. Exchanges:

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
